Requirements
To join Pearson as a flexible scorer for the Utah DWA, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Hold a valid Utah Teacher's License.
- Reside in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Be a U.S. citizen or resident alien, or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to work from a home or office location and have the necessary computer, Internet provider, and telephone connection. For security reasons, scorers may not use shared office computers or work from institutional computer labs.
Priority for training and scoring will be given to current Utah teachers. While not required, a background in language arts (teaching and/or professional development) is beneficial.
