Flexible Scoring

Flexible scoring allows you to score student responses at home or work on your own PC. Through a secure Web site, scorers use Pearson's ePEN Scoring System to view and score student response images. Pearson scoring directors will monitor scorer performance via ePEN and provide support by telephone or through the ePEN messaging system.

Flexible scoring offers many advantages. You are able to work conveniently from your home or office, setting your own work hours anytime between 7am-9pm MT Monday-Friday and 9am-2:30pm MT on Saturday.  Teachers who score from their school must first secure the permission of their Administration. In addition, you contribute to the educational process through the valuable feedback your scoring provides to students, parents, educators, and schools.
